It's the end of 2009 and we wrapping up a wonderful year!

News!

Aslan - Ch. Willmar King of All Kings.  Aslan is out of Congo and Abby. Congrats to owners Jennifer, Todd and Rhyse Bramlett of Denton on such a beautiful dog.  Aslan finished his title in August at the Corpus Christi shows.  He was shown by Elizabeth Lane, a wonderful junior, and owner Jennifer Bramlett during his short show career. 

Gidget - Ch. Driftwood's Gidget's BeachParty - the famous Portuguese Water Dog owned by my sister Jennifer Lane Werner of Eugene Oregon.  Gidget is home resting after her great show career.  I put all but 1 major on her, many thanks to professional handler and one of the best groomers in the country Doug Carlson for her last major!  She has all of the available health tests requested and required by the PWDCA on her - all 10 and passed all with flying colors!  We are looking forward to Gidget babies in 2010!

Gypsy - Ch. Lane I Get Around is a new champion!  Gypsy finished her title in Conroe, TX the last weekend of November 2009.  Gypsy had a successful and short show career.  She's off to retirement until she finds her new husband!  Many thanks to her wonderful owners - Melinda Lacey and Joe Hargrove.  Not only are they good owners but really fun people! 

Laney - XIV Karat Trip Down Memory Lane, TT owned by Sherri and David Hurst has been traveling with me this year.  She is such a gorgeous dog!  So far she has 10 points, including both majors toward her conformation championship!  Huge congrats to her owners!  GO LANEY!

Sierra - Lane's Ahead of Her Time owned by Lanya Hayden and Piper Hayden is well on her way to finishing her AKC conformation title.  She has 10 points including a major.  She is such a fun dog to show and travel with, I will miss her when she is gone!

Emma - Ch. Lane An Affair of the Heart, Sheriff - MBIF DC Lane All Fired Up, MC, FC, LCX, GRC, Congo - International, Canadian Champion and American Dual Champion Serengeti Tito Congo, SC, JOR, and Laney - XIV Karat Trip Down Memory Lane all passed their ATTS Temperament Testing in November 2009.  What a great experience!

Sheriff has babies!  Sheriff had a very successful litter born in 2009 and we are looking forward to some new conformation and coursing champions in the future!
